★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sitting and waiting for my sister to enjoy the ice cream togather when she arrived. So I decided to order drink meanwhile waiting. The waitress was so rude clearing away my drink without asking my permission. She even ask me to move to different table because there are couple who is looking for seat when I am still seating there. The customer service is worst I've ever experienced. I have never feel insulted my whole life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is super nice. I really recommend this combo: you can have fruit (a little, banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi ), green tea sticks, Oreo and 3 scoops. The plant pot is made from chocolate. You can eat it as well.
However, 1 bad thing is when I discussed the flavor with my boy but not go to the final decision and let the staff know, she picked the green tea and... Done ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategically located right by an escalator. So much so when I came down the escalator, it was the one thing that caught my attention and i immediately stopped by the shop to stop my ice cream cravings. The strawberry and macadamia nut flavors are my go-to. Takeaway tubs are only but 30ish MYR, and the bag they give lasts for about an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good taste but quantity is so less. Since is in an extended space in the mall, the seats are crammed. One good things is that allow replacing the flavors in the ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Haagen-Dazs ice-cream, quick go and get it now...having promotions during CMCO periods until further notice ( 27/11/2020 ~ ) and not for 'Black Friday' only.
Haagen-Dazs in NU Sentral is always my favourite spot because its strategic location and easy notice whenever I took my public transports in here. Beside, they got opened spacious space to dine-in. All the price here in nett without tax and service charges. Now, they have floats drink for only Rm$9.90 ? Yum-yum.
