★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel very disappointed with this outlet staff. Customer walk in to buy but nobody want to serve, have 2 staff is already free but just ignore customer. Pretend not see us, just walk in to store room and chit chat with colleague. What do you mean? Don't try to make own prediction which customer can buy which customer can't buy your product! PLEASE. Your staff need to well training & educate Don't simply look down to any potential customers. Please learn to respect all customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff that was serving us was nice. She suggested a lot and helped me make my choices. But when she needed a short break, the staff replacing her for a while was quite unkind. Short hair, skinny girl. When I asked for the same ring but different size, she was like, “Awk tengok sndri, kalau takde tu takde lah tu.” She rolled her eyes and was looking elsewhere and she made it obvious that we were not her client therefore it was not her obligation to entertain us and she was just replacing the other salesperson for a while. She didn’t even bother to answer my questions.
It was Thursday 21/4/2022 at 8-ish PM.
Need to train your staffs better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. Many choices, designs, sales reps are helpful too. Just that they need to control their customers i.e. ask customers who came in later to wait for their turn and do not cut off other customers while they are trying and discussion about their items. When i was trying some of the items then another customer came very..very..close to me to look for the similar items. So annoying.. so, please ask these type of customers to be patience and wait for their turn.
