Follows CMCO SOP quite strictly, which is good.
Hardly any customers when i dined in.
Scallop fish chicken is just alright. Could be more flavorful.
Cocktail drink is pretty good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A miserable experience on Father's Day 20.6.21
1. The timeliness of pick up time is unsatisfactory which took me 1.5hours waiting time.
2.Poor service staff on duty (a malay tudung lady on spectacle). She did not even apologise to me and all other riders and customers who were waiting for more than 1 hour. Poor riders who need to wait and wait for nothing and by the time they deliver to customer and it took another 15 to 20 min to reach the place. Who got the blame? They, the riders unfortunately.
3. 3 to 4 restaurants sharing the same kitchen is not a good idea especially on a festive season.
4.The food that we ordered i.e. ribeye steak, fried spicy chicken, oglio oglio spaghetti were tasteless except beef spaghetti was ok. The worst dishes are Ribeye steak and fried chicken. Thought we could have a wonderful lunch however it turned out to be sour and moody lunch. My husband kept complaining about it while eating the Ribeye steak during Father's Day..
5.No black pepper sauce was given which we ordered black pepper Ribeye steak. They forgot to place my order 2 pcs of red velvet cakes. I had to make a second trip back to claim for it. Unfortunately, red velvet was not available!!! A malay kitchen staff(an old man) came and apologise to me and offer me 3 pcs of carrot cakes. I had no choice to accept it.
6.I must compliment Kasthuri (probably a part-timer) who at least politely talking to me and check my order of red velvet cakes that they missed out.
7.Overall experience with NY Steak Shack was a disaster and disappointing. I never expect such incidents happened to me.
8.The bill that I paid was not cheap at all. The experience and service that I have gotten were not worth value that I paid for.
9.One last thing I must comment was if you could not cope with the order on festive season, please close the booking/order on a certain hours. I am not the only who complaint it but those customers and riders who were waiting are having the same thoughts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mat Salleh restaurant wannabe with terrible service, boring ambience, stale bread and one ringgit drinking water.
Went in a family of 6 and they refused to combine 2 available tables, but they allowed another family who came before us. Ok fine. So we went away looking for another restaurant but came back 10 minutes later deciding that we would settle with separate tables.
Guess what? They now did not allow us to dine in there. Manager's reason was, "we don't allow one family to dine in diff tables because we want more sales". Woah, what *insert expletive* is this? We had to make our case before they allowed us in; obviously to further experience their lousy service and food.
Manhattan? More like got man-hattin at you. Never ever visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good and kudos to the assistant manager, Vimal for taking his time to explain to us about d menu. He even suggested which menu was suitable for us. Will definitely come again. The only drawback was the sauce station only had chilli sauce. They didn't refill the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch on weekends and it was packed. Tried this branch on different mall and I think the other mall branch are much better. Services of the staff were good but the food was not as same like other branch. The platter not same as in picture. But overall food was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was unlucky night for us that the food that we got were not as par as their other branches. The salmon was really dry and so did the rice. The food portion was also small which I felt it did not match the price. The good parts were the staff were super friendly and the ambience was amazing.
