Do come early as the queue to get in could take as long as an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally made it to this place. If you want to enjoy the food here, you must be patient to queue. We waited for almost an hour. However, the waiting area is spacious, airy and offers a lot of tidbits to munch - ranging from popcorn to ice cream (all for free). We had to remind ourselves to control our snacks or else we will be too full to enjoy the food later on! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We tried as many types of broth as possible since we had a huge party of 10. The food and the broth were very good. The condiments area are stacked with lots of options amd you can take as many sauces as you like but you have to pay extra for these! However, we find that we dont need the condiments as the broth were excellent.

Special request such as polishing nails was available during the waiting, and there were a lot of free things for u to take. As for the quality of food, it was fresh and nice, but the portion might be small for half, 100+ for one person

Somehow not impress with the service, rather irritate with the frequent disturb... Not sure why need to keep clean the table. Personally feel that like a way to ask us to leave.
Anyway, the food is normal... Just another hotpot. Price on high side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the average only taste, I had to give 5 stars to this place for its undeniably great customer service. Most of the customer service staff are foreign Chinese and amazingly well trained. They even had a wireless charger on the hotpot table itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5⭐ is for the super service! Can't get this type of service anywhere else. The kongfu noodles is really good, get to see the master perform the pull noddle in front of your eyes, and the noodles is by far the best dish I eat that night. Remember to ask for their Magnolia ice-cream at the end of your meal, very refreshing after a heavy meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in HDL, also alone. While I still uncertain about Whether this is a good idea to have steamboat alone. A Very warm welcome while I not even step in the restaurant made my decision.
The whole dining experiences is excellent and feel very welcome. A super helpful lady named 郑仪雯 serve me during the whole dining (as been told, their service is excellent).
Definitely will come back again
