★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt that they serve pretty good hotpot. We ordered the three flavoured pot which they offer broths comes with spicy mala, tomato and mushroom. Personal fav is the mushroom one. Mala one is great with meat slices!
Definitely would recommend everyone to order one of the beef slices (the one at the back on the first photo, the red meat) it’s super tender weiiiii. And the shrimp paste is yummy as well. Other than that, they provide quite a wide range of condiments and ingredients so that you can customise your own dipping sauces.
Pricing side is a bit towards the steep side. You can get similar decent hotpot at a slight cheaper price but the ambience and decoration worth the price kut.

Chicken soup is the best.
If you order chicken soup , kindly request waiter to remove the chicken oil for you. It’s so oily.
Prawn paste/ 虾滑 is a must order dish. Slightly expensive but worth it.
Pork slices all good and fresh.
Dumpling/饺子 love it

I have a lot of respect for foreign workers, but this is a Chinese hotpot shop and if most of the staff can't speak Mandarin or English well, how am I supposed to know what I'm ordering? Asked the staff how big is one plate but they don't even know and can't even make a conclusion if it's enough for the table.
The pot stove had some issues heating up the pot (only one side of the pot was bubbling), so we called the staff over for assistance. It took many rounds of calling the staff before problem can be solved, so I think staff really needs training. Don't give funny recommendations like "rotating the pot so the other side can boil and rotate it back again".
So yes, the service here is atrocious compared to HDL or BITP.
The food is good (don't really like their mala tho), but I won't return because of the bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find there portion are smaller comparing to other hotpot like shu da xia, at least we can order more variety for two. Their iberico pork slice is also very good cut, very tender. The rest of the things are quite standard.
However, wanted to recommend you to try beancurd skin. It is a healthier option comparing to fried beancurd, noodle like texture and goes well with pork bone soup.
If you wondering how pig throat and duck intestine taste like, their texture is crunchy like black fungus and a little rubbery like pork intestine. Pig throat is tasteless so it goes well with mala but duck intestine tastes like duck meat, so it goes well with any soup. If you want to order duck intestine,I suggest you have a company of 4 to share as the portion is quite big for 2.
Wanted to share my usual hotpot sauce. Mix green onion, coriander, chili oil, soy sauce and a little sesame oil. Perfect for anything.
You may want to make a reservation before you come. Park at the parking lot near the medical center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup is such a let down. It taste mainly like flavouring and MSG. They even extra charge per head for sauces and chinese tea even if you don't take the sauces. Should not charge it together because not everyone eat the sauce. Feels like such a scam. Not going to come again. The only plus point is the private space for large group.
