★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience today. Poor customer service especially in communication. They dont have a proffesional way in communicating with their customers. Hair dresser criticize customer's hair in front of other customer and make fun of it which is not appropriate. I've been here a few times but this time they gave me a bad experience here. Feel very disappointed. The discussion between the hairdresser and customer should be between both of them not the whole shop needs to hear the discussion. Very poor quality in communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service , please don’t trust the review . Took appointment at 11am but after 40 minutes they still never start my hair wash . They made me sit so long when I ask the staff so arrogant to reply , he do like he don’t know , they said if you have work you can leave . I can only start your a lot after I finish with these two people . I was arguing then why you gave me appointment at 11am ? Should have told me to come later , they did not take responsibility to answer me . They just continued to do their work .
