★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was not gentle enough. When she pulled the dirt stick on my puppy's buttom and make my puppy bark, she still say it's ok no problem one. And she pulled my puppy's hair like pulled chicken's feather and cutted my puppy's hair caused wound on my puppy skin but she said it's ok because my puppy didn't bark that's mean that my puppy didn't feel pain. Will not going there any more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dog was sick but quite OK when I brought to this clinic. After Doctor inject my dog, bring back home. Unfortunately within 24hr dog died. Moreover we have ask for fungus shampoo. We didn't notice that the shampoo exp date was hide with marker(black highlighted) . Prescribing expired shampoo at same price, Cheated. But no point of claiming since my dog already died. Very sad. Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly receptionist, the worst vet clinic i ever been. The vet said my kitten ‘demam’ and when we went to the counter to pay for the meds, the ‘one mid-age man’ with really urgh face said no its not demam biasa, it was virus, suspected of parvovirus and i was like.....what? Okay but why was there... difference in diagnosis.......................ok blegh. Not blaming anyone but if u really want that profit,ATLEAST give the best service so we can trust u okay. And my kitten, doesn’t even has the parvo symptom. So what the duck. She’s just has gum problem because she’s a ....kitty?

Lelaki receptionist yg berkaca mata kurang ajar.
That guy should learn how to speak to customer before start a business.
We pay you money for the service, and you treat us as though we came for free. Full of sarcasm and rude.
P/s Medications is useless for severe cases. Veterinary clinic at Lake view is far better and recommended .peace ✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog died after spaying surgery. It was a really bad experience. The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. No point to claim who’s fault because my dog is already died. RIP
