β β β β β I'm having the hair cut at The Scott Garden outlet. Total in 3 partners. 2 guys and 1 sexy ladies. Wash only RM25.00 and with blow/wash is RM58.00. The Indonesian helper is persuade me to try their normal scalp at RM120.00 with 'foc hair cut , wash and blow '. For treatment scalp will be RM180.00. She also recommends for shampoo and hair mask. For first time experience, she is too aggressive. Chris is the one who serve me and he is very talkative and reasonable person.

I arrived at 1220 and waited tol 1253 no one layan at all. Other customer who came before me was served first. I don't see the point of making reservation. Terrible and ignorance attitude in service. I will never come again!

β β β β β We went there last month as my wife want to straighen her hair and cost us 550myr. And the staff who Served my wife told us that her hair only can wash after 3days and she just followed thier instruction but after 3week her hair just go back as the previous and nothing has changed. And they advised us to buy additional hair cream and more products.it doesn't worth with what we spend and will never go again ! ??

β β β β β Enquired about the rates before my first visit here for hair cut & dye. Was told that it's:
-rm99 for bleach
-rm99 for dye
-hair cut is rm25 in the morning, rm35 in the afternoon
Went ahead to book my slot in the morning. When I reached, I was advised to bleach x2 to get the colour I want by the director, so I bit the bullet and went ahead as recommended.
Then after bleaching 2x, the assistant added ampoule to my hair which cost another rm99 to prevent my hair from getting dry and rough. The assistant also did a very uneven bleach. I wanted to bleach half of my hair, I told her to even it out, and she tried during the second bleach but it still ended up uneven ://
Eventually, they charged my hair cut rm35 (afternoon rate despite me going in the morning, and I asked the director back isn't it 25, and she said oh no it's 35 ?)
Staffs were super friendly tho, but I wouldn't have been so upset if they were more transparent about the pricing. No more next time for me :(
