★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly disappointed. Agreed on price for shoulder length hair before treatment, but got charged RM50 extra for a reason they cannot explain. Upon questioning further, they brushed me off by claiming it's an extra surcharge for weekends appointments. Which was not explained earlier.
Also refused to provide receipt even after making payment. Terrible service and attitude. Will never recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment at 12pm. When I arrived, told me to wait 10 minutes. After 1 hour, i am still waiting. I was told to redeem my fave voucher. After 10 mins tell me, why dont you ask for refund if you dont want to wait. Unfortunately fave doesnt allow refund after redemption. Worst customer service ever. But the work done by the male stylist is very meticulous and good.

Tq❤ you for the good service and was well served , where this is my first time attend to a saloon which is so different for what i went before.
Therefore, i would suggest people out there who are looking for better look and looking forward a better care on their hair can go for this place. I feel it is worth to do my hair and get knowledge about hair at the same time.

Let someone who is not just cut your hair for short but BLEND with with your character and image. Nike, the owner.Not just embedded with skills. But as a hairstylist who can bring out a person essence by express it on the hair together with clients desire. Not many of them. Skill + passion + affordable price = Not many of them in service.
I urge those who see this message. Give her and own self an opportunity to see how great or young look possible you can looks like.
Another big thanks to her. How she creatively leverage my 50% grey hair turn into something trendy/fashionable. If you dare to give her the trust. You are possible to turn around having celebrity style. ???
