★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. Trying to cheat people by advertising rm18 dry cut.
But what you will get is a less than 5minute cut, where they DECIDE how to cut your hair. All your suggestions are not accepted.
Also very rude. Better spend more money elsewhere n get much better service n outcome.
Don't support rude n greedy shop operators. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon has successfully ruined my life. Ive been taking care of my hair to make it long for freaking 2 years & i have just rebonded it recently. I came there and requested to do a trim and layer my hair. However, i told the guy to not make it very short as i dont want it to be short. Instead of asking me first before cutting my hair, he just chopped my hair like wow! To conclude, my hair turned out to be a disaster. My mood totally ruined. My hair is my life and thank u for ruining it. Dont u think u gave me free (probably because u think i will forgive n forget) Big NO. Just pls avoid this salon. This will be my first and for sure, the last ! 0 star. ?? Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon totally ruined my hair, and the boss refused to admit it was their fault!
I went to get loose curls for my hair, & I grew it out for that purpose. The staff cut my hair too short (when I specifically said that I didn't want too short), gave me a tight cold perm & totally fried my hair! After it was over, my hair was frizzy & totally damaged, but the staff denied it & said that it would be tamer after a while. It didn't, & became worse. We had to argue to get a refund because the boss refused to admit it was their fault. Please don't go to this salon, because I really regret my trip & will never go back.
