★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynn and Boey's service has been excellent to me. Lynn gave me a consultation, during which she looked at my hair and told me not to colour or perm it on the same day because of the damage it was already taking. My favourite thing about her is that she took the time to figure out my needs and what I was hoping for in the end before suggesting what she thought would be the best choice for me. Lynn and Boey told me what kind of treatment would be used (Deep Layer) + types of perm techniques and how long I would have to wait for each step. This helped me set realistic expectations. Both of them have also been very gentle with my hair during the visit. When it hurts, Lynn is the first person to notice without me telling her. To make sure the temperature of the perm machine wasn't too high, both of them checked with me. Then they made sure I was comfortable. Lynn would then show me how to get the same look at home. Lynn also asked if she could check my scalp at the end of the session so that I could better understand what my hair needed. She then told me what I could do to keep my scalp healthy and what kind of treatment I should try next. Even though I had my air wave perm done, I still had healthy and shiny hair even though my hair was damaged.
As for the front desk, I also like how polite and helpful she was at the same time. The kind lady told me about the promotion, and if I wanted to join the membership, and what benefits the membership had. I appreciate that there was no hard selling but be sure to check their membership as it came with a lot of great deals, especially when you plan on returning!
Overall, I had a great time getting my hair done at Le Classic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service hair studio I have ever visited. Friendly staff and warm welcome with complementary drinks and bites. I was really satisfied with the bodily straight treatment as my hair looked natural and not too flat as a result from other straightening service such as rebonding treatment. My hairstylist is professional in suggesting the haircut that suits my face structure and the assistants were efficient and worked well together to shorten the entire treatment process. They are thoughtful to ensure that your needs are met and I am comfortable throughout my time there. They have great SOP as well during this pandemic period. A great place to pamper your hair, definitely will visit again and recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service here. From the front desk, senior stylist and junior stylist all of them are very friendly and the saloon overall has such positive vibes. I’ve been here 3 times so far in 4 months and each time I’ve came here, I’ve always gone home with satisfied results. I’ve been assigned to Ken ( stylist), love his energy, has amazing communication skills and even more amazing skills as a stylist. He knows how to take a customer’s opinion and concerns and discuss what’s best for the customer in his professional opinion and help the customer make a wise decision (without any pressure). He values a customer’s trust and makes sure to deliver every time. Even the junior stylist are all amazing, they will always explain what steps they’re doing and the benefits of said steps. Overall a 11/10 experience ?. I’ve gotten a haircut before, hair colouring service, a blowout, hair treatment, bodily straight treatment so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable, pleasant and clean environment. Love how they take their SOPs seriously from the reception to the seat and throughout the whole process. Got my consultation and hair treatment done by Professional stylist Ms Lynn Lee and Benny. Both of them were very gentle, friendly and professional. She patiently listened to my concerns, gave great advise on how I should go about my hairstyle and was not pushy. It was my first time doing the Bodily Straight Treatment and it was a great experience. Loved the outcome, exactly how I wanted my hair to look like. Highly suggest looking for Ms Lynn and Benny if you go there!

I've tried their services including haircut, perm and colour - high quality and value as it can last for a year ? The saloon also provides great packages which can help the customers to save money. Their front desk staff Emily is very considerate and friendly too. Overall experience is excellent and i highly recommend for you to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try balayage in my most trusted salon here in Malaysia! ? Amazing color, highlights and professional service from Terry and Eric!!! ? Upon entering the salon, they also provided some covid essentials kit such as mask, wipes, etc. ??They also give some complimentary drinks and they are very hospitable and you can see that they do help out each other as well and they got an amazing team. I’ve decided to renew my membership as well to try more of their services such as air wave perm and other treatments at a discounted rate. ? Definitely excited and looking forward to my next visit! ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max is the best stylist so far I met in KL. He is very patient to explain all necessities. He also advice the suitable hairstyle, colour and treatment for my damaged hair. He listened all my problems and idea, but he gave the best choice. He is friendly too.
Eric is very nice and gentle when he handled my hair. He explained every step before he started. I like him too.
Other staffs were also friendly, even though they were so busy.
The receptionist (sorry, I didn’t get to know your name! ?) is very nice and friendly. She explained me very well and patiently on the promotion packages and she suggested the best option. I like her too…
The shop decoration is very cozy and comfortable.
Definitely I will visit again and I will refer my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to find this branch online in Paradigm Mall and it has been opened for two years already. Decided to give this place a try for a haircut. At the enterance , I was amazed that i got sprayed, I supposed it's sanitiser liquid. Service here was really good, was offered three choices of drinks and a change of a face mask and mentol sweets in a package. The hairdresser who attended to me, did a great job for my haircut. Has changed my hair style completely and even the way I comb my hair, without any hair parting. If you are not into normal look, it's great to go for something different! ?
