★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reina is a great hair stylist, she not only gave me a really nice color and hair cut (from log permed hair) but also a great head massage during washes. She discusses with me what I’m looking for and understands when I told her I’d like to experiment with growing out my salt and pepper hair. Will come back again to find her for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best salon isn't one that just has great stylists, it's one that has stylist with great personalities. Having done a few Tokio Inkarami treatments at other exclusive salons, I decided to give it a try here, and it did not disappoint.
My stylist ~ JUN NEE ~ did not just rush through my treatment (too many other salons do this!!), using the technique Tokio had trained them with, ~ JUN NEE~ has let me experience the best of Tokio Inkarami.
I will have no second thought the next time I need a treatment, follow ~ JUN NEE ~ and I won't go wrong, because she has showed me what it is to be the best - Sincerity and Integrity. Kudos to ~ HAIR MAKE ONE ~ for having a stylist with such great personalities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My significant other and I got our hair cut together today by Gideon and Jun Nee! It was my first time getting my hair cut here and a second time for my partner. Hair make one did not disappoint AT ALL. They practiced the standards of procedure at the salon and the service overall was amazing. The staff are friendly and love to make conversation which put myself at ease considering I tend to get awkward at most salons.
Gideon managed to follow my S/O's instructions well, even recommending & advising how to take care of his hair (since its curly) which is something my S/O doesn't usually come across and often comes out with almost straight hair but Gideon managed to not do that and made my S/O's hair the best it has looked after a trip to the salon.
Jun Nee was amazing and followed my instructions while advising as well and I'm in love with how well my hair turned out! She made sure my hair suited my style and face which I appreciated a lot :)
I can definitely vouch for the both of them but based on their stylist's profiles, they all seem professional and I would put my trust in this salon's hands again, definitely looking forward to my next haircut here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad I stumbled on this shop as a second option. Mine was a last minute appointment and they're just ready to accept. My stylist is a Director level and I do not know his name (my bad!) but he's a Chinese guy. Would definitely recommend him. Told him what kind of hairstyle that I wanted and he's accommodating while offering advice to make sure that it will suit me. Warm, friendly and the store ambience is good. My hair turns out to be great! Found out from him that it's a Japanese shop actually from its owner, products, style and service. Need no more reason to convince me on this shop. This is the first time I received such service from a hair salon which is what I always wanted. Would definitely be my go-to from now onwards.

Had a great man's hair make over done by one of their stylist, Jun Née who was very skilled, friendly and helpful with the advise given. She also made effort to follow and did exactly the hairstyle that I requested. I would say this is my best experience having my haircut in a salon staying in KL for the past 4 years. This is a pretty new salon and they're originally from JAPAN. The ambience is nice, clean and they even use Dyson hair dryer to blow dry your hair! Price is affordable at rm48(men) and rm78(women) Definitely worth trying out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit to this salon, and I am in love with their service. I came in for a haircut without making an appointment, and they were so warm from the beginning. Two of the stylists were so prompt to ready my seat as I was still at the counter to select which service to take. My stylist, Jun Nee, was very very accommodating. I expressed my preferences and concerns throughout the haircut, and she was very attentive to cater them. She offered suggestions to enhance my ideal look, and asked for consent throughout the haircut (which I really appreciate). She was gentle and cautious, but in no means was she slow; traits I value dearly in a stylist. She made sure I understood what she was doing and was constantly checking up on me about if my hair was going in the direction I wanted it to be. Definitely a great experience, definitely coming back.
