★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I walked into the salon and being greeted by Shannon who was very friendly as this is our first time at this salon. All the personnel that attended us (Hui Ping, Vicky, Han and another girl) was VERY friendly and accommodative. Unlike any other salon, they walked us through the process and provided suggestions that did not disappoint us at the end of the session. Definitely will return to this salon in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wont come here anymore. Unfriendly stylist also they had different covid 19 sop compared to other branch. Also im not really satisfied with my visit. Came in 2020 also not satisfied and not friendly. Came again in 2022 and had same experience. I rather go to Mid Valley or Bangsar branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today to dye my hair and i thought to try this saloon since everyone was talking about it and i wanted a darker colour. One tone for the whole head, nothing too complicated. The stylist who did my hair was very mediocre, service was also lousy for an established saloon like 76. She didn’t really suggest much when i asked her the type of colour that would be suitable for me as i wanted more of a brunette look, nothing too dark or light. She suggested only one colour and i went with it bcz i placed my trust on the stylist but the colour is darker than I expected which is not what i wanted originally but I understand that usually it looks darker at first instance and it will fade gradually. But, I’m more disappointed with the service provided. The stylist let her junior did most of the work to which was super uncomfortable because she kept yanking on my hair while trying to remove the knots and the junior blowdried my hair in a very lazy manner, no real effort or care was put into it (very cincai way of doing it). The stylist was even speaking in mandarin to the junior correcting her mistakes on my hair to which they thought i could not understand mandarin but i can understand very well. So, i guess i was the guinea pig? The stylist then styled my hair half way as two other people came to style it to which i dont know why. She did a very lousy job with the styling. Could have done it on my own. My friend got her hair done by vicky next to me and i can tell a huge difference of the service provided by vicky as compared the stylist given to me. Very lackadaisically done. The stylist did not even even mention or explain anything to me for the hair care part after we were done. Not worth trying and will not ever go back there again. Overhyped place to be completely blunt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to the Bangsar branch and has been seeing Jack for about 4 years now but I wanted something a little sooner (have to book Jack 3-4 weeks in advance) so I decided to try the Publika branch as I was a hair model for one of the current stylist now.
The entire experience left me with this overall verdict: unimpressed + a little disappointed. And I'll elaborate below. As I'm a regular and has been a hair model a couple times in the past, I roughly know the workflow, customer service, and time spent.
Pros: I was early for my appointment and the stylist was able to tend to me promptly. He was very detailed when cutting which I really appreciated. Junior stylist was good at washing but as my hair was very fine and tangles easy, they could have made the process a little more comfortable by not yanking my hair. The drying process was also very meh. Stylists at the Bangsar branch usually dry my hair in sections, while here they just dry it whole which creates better opportunity for hair to tangle :(
Cons: He dry cut my hair before sending me to wash and blow drying. I was left unattended for 15-20 min. Not the best but I can tolerate it. No drinks were offered to me. Requested a C curl inwards but hair was already dry and I just don't see him putting in any efforts to even get a decent curl in, and it just became very flat, no volume on top too. I would have said something but he's the senior stylist so a C curl is something very basic that one can expect? Told him to cut some fake baby hair for me and he doesn't know how and told me to find Jack to cut that as I was paying. That was the last straw and it speaks volume of his character, not only does he lack skills, he is also unprofessional! Um, no thanks, I can cut it myself at home. And I'm never coming back to see him again.
Overall, a very meh experience for Number76. I find the Bangsar branch better managed and well mannered. The experience I have with Jack and his team in Bangsar always leave me very impressed and happy when I leave the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Salon team are welcoming, and professional. Salon atmosphere is great and you leave the salon relaxed. My second visit to the salon. Stylist Suky was amazing, she provides great advice and knowledge. Products used are high quality and the salon staff are knowledge on their products. Having just arrived in Malaysia so happy to find a salon and stylist in my new second home country.Highly recommend the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m loyal to Suky since Bangsar branch. She is very good at cutting short hair - only give her to touch my hair. She knows exactly what I want and even suggested good colours to my hair! Besides that, there’s one guy who actually shampooed my hair last Sunday (24/4 to be specific) and it was really calm til I fell asleep! The treatment and massage was so good, he deserve a raise! Overall I really enjoy the experience. It can be a bit pricey but for the service, cant really complain :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been getting our hair cut here with Suki. She just knows the way to cut my husband’s hair especially. We’ve been going to her for a few times now and it has never been disappointing. ??
I’ve also tried trimming and layering my hair with Han. Pleasant first time experience. Did ask him for suggestions on the next visit to change up my hairstyle, and he gave his suggestion. Might come back again for a haircut with him the next time.
