โ โ โ โ โ The original bouquet was a bit different with the photo showed on instagram. The flowers itself looked fresh but the florist wrapped it up too tight until the flower don't have enough space to blossom.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite disappointed for the Motherโs Day Bouquet. I have been told that they will replace more spare roses for me as the chamomile is currently out of stock. However, when I picked up the bouquet in the afternoon and I found that they didnโt even add more spare roses. I told this situation to the person in-charge , and she only added the chamomile back?. Her reason is the chamomile is restocked in the morning.

โ โ โ โ โ I am so in love with their design as I purposely book their flower on my birthday. We met an accident and injured where we need to stay and rest at our place. They decided to help us to deliver to our door step at the very last minute ? We are impressed with their patience and passion towards flower and customer! Love you all keep going on!โค๏ธ Fighting!

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure about the bouquet. Dissappointed with the customer service. Trying to make a order delivery on 1st of Jan, after two days only informed that their company will be closed from 26th Dec onwards. A lot of the bouquet designs in instagram not available and they just leave it on the instagram as catalogue. Just 2 cents..do consider to be more professional on business etiquette otherwise you may lose a lot of potential customers.
