★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to order ikan bakar and this woman rudely told me to "talk properly" what a joke. I was offended at her tone of voice. I hope my students at university Malaya do not make this mistake no matter where they work. I taught them how to talk in a polite manner. Tone and diction especially the choice of words.

And now of course instead of being professional, she accuses me of being rude! Why don't you quote your sentence and allow the people to decide? Why did you conveniently leave that part out? Sure there was poor connection at first but everything transpired when the line was clear and it began with your crude tone of voice.
I also noticed many negative comments about your place and I'm not surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very bad. No one entertain. Only 4 tables occupied during lunch hour. Meaning not busy at all
Not sure how to order, no waiter coming, the pakcik outside is doing his job with ikan Bakar. When I see the pakcik putting the ikan Bakar on the shelf then I know its a self service. After taking food, also no one coming to calculate. So I took photo of my meal. And, again the shop is less 20% full.
After a while the makcik I believe the taukey, marching near the buffet rack. Talking to the dishes may b.
The food is nice, ikan Bakar bumbu is superb, but with this kind of service, it won't go anywhere. You may cry over the Twitter, but only a smiling welcoming place people will go twice or more.
I am not going to recommend this place, but I will give it a second try. I will amend this review if there is any positive changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to have dinner with my spouse after reading the positive reviews shared on Twitter and to my suprise, it was a total let down. Never have I ever encountered a staff that shrugs his shoulders after asking his recommendations on a dish. Some of the drinks weren’t available and the last straw was when 2 of the main dishes weren’t available. I’m confident that the food here is good but basic customer service etiquette should be practiced when speaking to customers.
