★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've brought my baby to see Dr Deng a few times since she was born. For normal fever, infection and for vaccine. For a first time mom, I'm always worried that I seem too panicky or anxious over little things but every single time we've been there, Dr Deng has been very very friendly and always making me feel at ease. He is always very thorough in explaining things too, how our babies' bodies work, how vaccines work, etc so it is very helpful for us. We learn something new after each visit and we appreciate that he makes time to explain things to us.
He is also very friendly with my baby which is a huge plus for me. My baby is the shy type so sometimes people don't take the time to play with her so much and instead would often question her shyness and tells her to smile more and whatnot but Dr Deng always talk to her without the judgments and he puts an effort to put my daughter at ease too.
The receptionists are also very polite, on phone calls and in person.
It's a no wonder people would queue to come to this clinic!
I also love the system whereby you walk in and write your child's name on the paper straight away so the nurses can look up your child's file without having one parent at a time to the counter to give their children's names. It saves so much time there.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Deng if you're looking for a good paediatrician and a peace-of-mind experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr deng is a nice, patient and good doctor. Just that the price was pricey. The medicine prescribe were just an ordinary medicine & same as normal clinic prescribe. Nothing extraordinary (in a specialist clinic). Price shouldnt be tat expensive. Secondly, kids milk sample shouldnt be hide inside the counter with the nurse. Should have given to parent in need or take a try. Is already a sample, should allow parent to take a try on the sachet for their kids. Very impropriate.

Very warm and attentive front staffs and most importantly Dr Deng is one of the most calm and experienced paediatrician. I trust his knowledge and advices with confidence and reliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been bringing my kids to see doctor Deng since they are babies. His level of patience is high and always try to chit chat with kids to make them feel comfort. Waiting time used to be long, but last Sat when I was there, there is no patient. So, pretty fast. Although I have moved to OUG, but I still go back to Deng when my kids fall sick. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Deng explained so many things to me,a clueless mom. We spent abt 15mins with him. He literally explained every problems in details. He even wrote down instructions for us to use the inhalers. And he gave my son free vitamin c. Hihi Definitely will come again.
