During “consultation” few staff were standing outside of the room listening and looking. Reason?
Customers privacy were not respected.
Other staff enter into my treatment room without knocking, without specific reason, just standing there watching. For what?
Entering treatment room while having food in your mouth?
There is no professional environment being practiced.
Treatment area is not properly cleaned. You straight away wiped with alcohol swipe and proceed with laser.
Regardless no one has ever done full body laser hair removal, training is essential.
(Giving excuses is not acceptable)
Took you nearly 3hrs just to do laser on upper lip and half arm! Like seriously?
Other places would have given me compensation for the burn I got during treatment.
Yet I still have to pay for prices that is not even specified specifically.
With all due respect, I’m very disappointed and feels like I wasted my money just to get burn and a lousy treatment.
I’m not trying to put anyone down, however there’s a reason why there’s a review section. There’s also reasons why you have your customer service spokesperson to ask for feedback.
Do take this feedback into consideration to improve. Perhaps others doesn’t know what they deserve. Unfortunately I’ve been to better places and I know what kind of treatment I expected and deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience here. The parking is accessible. Enough space for each client. The Dr is so nice and kind. She explained in details for whatever question asked during assessment. The beautician (named ika) too is so helpful. I would like to recommend their massage services. It's worth the penny.
