★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kwsp. Came at 8.30am. Went here to withdraw money, i didnt know i had to made online appointment. Staffs said its ok, and give me ticket num and just tell me to wait for my number. So i thought its okay la. But they didnt call my number until 12+ pm. When i asked about it, they simply said to just wait la, its because u didnt made online appointment la. I mean why didnt u guys tell me earlier to go home and book appointment if thats so important?? I already waited half a day now suddenly wanna blame me, they didnt even explain to me properly. Even those at hospital didnt wait this long to see a doctor lol. I had to go to counter and force them to settle my urusan by myself. Took only 5 min to settle. The male manager wasn't being helpful at all. Useless i must say. Only know to stand there sengih2. Didnt even know proper way if customer wanna do official complaint. No wonder people resorted to viral thing nowadays
