β β β β β Pertama kali buat facial, staff akan check dulu condition kulit muka. Then baru suggest kita rawatan mana yang perlu. Penerangan dari staff sangat jelas dan berpengalaman. Walaupun ambil pakej yang murah tapi puas hati sangat. Layanan staff memang tip top.
The first time for a facial, the staff will first check the condition of the facial skin. Then just suggest us which treatment is necessary. The information from the staff is very clear and experienced. Although take a cheap package but very satisfied. Staff service is tip top.

β β β β β I made an appointment beforehand for scalp treatment & hair relaxing at 1pmΒ today. When I arrived there at 1.03pm, the staff didn't cross checked my name with the system nor with the appointment list.. I was told to register first as it was my first time coming hence I have no 'membership' card.. I sat for few minutes until the staff called my name and showed me the consultation room for facial treatment.. I feel puzzled as I didn't make reservation for facial consultation at all.. I told the consultant that I made the reservation for scalp treatment & hair relaxing via WhatsApp but the consultant replied with uneasy tone saying it was a deal made by their marketing team and seems like the staffs there were unaware of the appointment that I already made.
I need to wait for almost 30 minutes as the hair stylist was currently dealing with another customer. I was informed that the product for hair relaxing was also out of stock hence they can only provide service for scalp treatment only. Again communication issue. I can postpone my appointment if I was told beforehand, before I even arrived at the salon.
The hair stylist was friendly tho and gave some explanation regarding my hair conditions. The price however, I would say it was not worth it. I pay for RM199 for the hair stylist to put some chemicals on my scalp, wait for 15 minutes, rinsed it and blow dry my hair back. I believe I'm able to get more thorough treatments with free hair cuts for similar price in other salon tho.
