★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the price is relatively cheaper than most places, the nail technician took 5 and a half hour to complete my manicure. On top of that, her work is messy and caused me a whole lot of pain even after the manicure. She buffed MY SKIN to rub off the nail polish. Did mistakes which could have been avoided easily and broke a nail during the process. Two of my nail extensions broke off 2 days after the manicure. Im glad i didnt proceed with eyelash extension on that day, god knows what could've happened to my eyelashes.
I really didnt wanna add on to this review of mine but i feel like people NEED to know how inefficient the customer service and the service is overall. I got my nails done elsewhere after them and found out that the nail technician buffed my nails too hard that she ruined my nailbeds and almost broke my nails cuz they’re too thin. Im going to try to include the pictures in another post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My firs-time experience become disaster, the staff wasn’t friendly , clumsy and not well trained. I do my lash and brow waxing here. When i did my lash the beautician manage not to talk much and just do my lash without asking what design i desire before this i go to other place they will consult first , then will know which one suitable for me. When i do my brow waxing also same the result my brow very worse and this is first time happened! Plus the wax spoil on my frontal hair. This is too much and I regret go to this place.
