★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hurm... Tak sampai hati review tp nak luah juga as customer. Teruja dgn facial offer re opening RM99. Mmg wow la kan offer dia. Harga asal RM159 utk glow + carbon peel RM250. Sapa tak nak. Tanya whatsapp facial dlm sejam lebih. Lg suka. Rupanya sejam lebih campur skin analysis. Facial kira2 tak sampai sejam pun kalau disetkan masa. Skin analysis 5 star sbb kita tau apa yg perlu buat lepas habis facial dr segi penjagaan muka. Time skin analysis tu beriya la promote pakej beratusan tu. Tp aku da set minda nak la promo dia offer tu kan. Rupanya offer tu 2 sesi (kena dtg 2 kali).mmg x la sbb aku bukan duk daerah tu. Okay, bukan salah Hannan tp aku(salah faham). Cuma kecewa, staff kat sana tak jelas secara baik (ckp sopan tp sekadar tu jelah) dan aku dpt rasakan sentuhan facial tu mcm tak ikhlas je. Lg satu yg sgt kecewa, staff kata yg RM99 tu basic je x de pape. Baik x yah sebut harga asal RM159 kalau step rawatannya x sama. Bnyk nk cerita kecewa tp tak pelah. Ni pun tak tau nak sambung facial cawangan Hannan di daerah berdekatan lokasi sndiri atau x sbb dpt voucher menarik dr mereka tp tulah... Tulah... Tulah... Huhu?? Sorry bg review mcm ni?
 Hurm ... I don't like the review, but I want to be a customer as well. Excited with the facial re -opening offer of RM99. Mmg wow la kan offer dia. Original price RM159 for glow + carbon peel RM250. Who doesn't want to. Ask whatsapp facial in an hour or so. Lg likes. Apparently an hour more mixed skin analysis. Facial is less than an hour if the time is set. Skin analysis 5 star so we know what to do after the facial in terms of facial care. Time skin analysis has already promoted hundreds of packages. But I set my mind to the promo he offered, right? Apparently the offer was 2 sessions (had to come 2 times). I'm not in that area. Okay, it's not Hannan's fault but mine (misunderstood). Just disappointed, the staff there isn't very clear (ckp polite but it's just obvious) and I can feel the facial touch is not sincere. Another one who is very disappointed, the staff said that RM99 is basic je x de pape. Well x well quote the original price of RM159 if the treatment step x is the same. Bnyk nk disappointed story tp not sweat. Ni also doesn't know if he wants to connect the Hannan branch facial in the district near his own location or if he can get an attractive voucher from them but plague ... plague ... plague ... Huhu?? Sorry bg review mcm ni?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How should I say...it does not give me the ummphh to come back...but I think I will still give it a try later and come back.
My comments as follows:
*service wise good, staff polite and nice
*package offer was not briefly explain. I know what I am suppose to get and was expecting it but since it was not explain, I had to ask for it.
*staff trying to push for package. I am okay with that but show to me what you have to offer,if I am satisfied, I might take the package coz the package is not tat cheap either.
*service buat cam ala kadar, maybe my expectations tinggi sgt kot...haha
*overall its okay experience coz the staff is soo nice and baik baik belaka...so its a plus point
Anyway, I will surely come back to try out other packages. Hopefully second round is sooo much better that my first time...hehe
