★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman setahun lalu buat treatment. Unprofessional setting, kita nak buat treatment tapi suasana bising boleh dengar orang lain sembang-sembang. Beautician pun pengalaman so-so cara handle customer tiada bahasa yang baik, budak mentah tak ada work ethics. Treatment macam kedai biasa walaupun bayar RM500 untuk rawatan satu hari tu. My MIL went to QB ambik treatment sampai RM1000+ tapi balik-balik muka jadi dark, teruk walaupun dah beli set wajah yang diorang promote. They just want your money and push sales, bukan rawatan yang bagus. Etika macam MLM. Sorry to say first and last visit.
 Experience a year ago for treatment. Unprofessional setting, we want to do treatment but the noisy atmosphere can hear other people chatting. Beauticians also experience so-so how to handle customers no good language, raw boy no work ethics. Treatment like a regular store even if you pay RM500 for one day treatment. My MIL went to QB for treatment up to RM1000 + but back and forth the face became dark, bad even though I bought a set of faces that people promoted. They just want your money and push sales, not a good treatment. Ethics like MLM. Sorry to say first and last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat bersih & kemas. Nice staff. Personally, I think banyak lagi details yang boleh diberi waktu skin consultation. My beautician should be gentler sebab quite painful during extraction especially kat bahagian hidung. Overall experience: just okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cousin aku pernah ckp, hannan ni agak sombong untk golongan b40. Then aku pi la try sekali. Yaah, boleh nmpak riak muka tu,bila tnya soalan pun jawab cm tk nk jawb pun. Mgkin sbb ak ambil pakej paling murah kot. Bila customer tetap dtg terus nmpak ramah happy jer.
My cousin used to ckp, hannan is a bit arrogant for the b40 group. Then I pi la try once. Well, you can see the ripples on the face, when the question is answered, I don't even have an answer. Maybe I'll take the cheapest package of coats. When customers keep coming, they look friendly and happy.

Cuma service biasa saja. Dengan harga yang dibayar, macam buat ala kadar je. Extraction tak buat betul betul clean. Terkilan la jugak sebab saya bayar yang package 1000 kot. I’ve been to aesthetic spa yang Chinese, bukan nak racist tapi their service tip top. Diorang buat kerja memang betul-betul. Dah siap facial, consult kita apa yang perlu dibuat after facial. The next day, follow up lagi tanya okay ke tak service semalam.
Lepas habis package, this is my last time.

Just regular service. With the price paid, it's like making a je rate. Extraction does not make it really clean. He was also upset because I paid for the 1000 coat package. I’ve been to a Chinese aesthetic spa, not to be racist but their service is tip top. People do the work really well. The facial is ready, consult us on what to do after the facial. The next day, follow up again and asked if it was okay for no service last night.
After finishing the package, this is my last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment room dusty. This can be improve more, as some people may have allergic in dusty area or place. The counter lady when I already finish the treatment treat me slightly harsh especially when I'm trying to recall the product usage instruction. Even said to the beautician "oh tolong tulis sebab aku takut dia lupa" in front of me. I'm fine to ask the beautician to write the guide to me but please address me as 'cik' or 'miss'. I'm not your friend tho', in fact I'm not kids or teens. We're paying for your service, please treat us well. I've been to other aesthetic place before, handle by chinese 100%, the way they treat their customer is superb. As I'm trying to help my own race but being mistreat I think I'll just stop once my package is finish.
