★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked for a specific repair and enquired with Mr.Hanz if the repair can be done. After satisfying myself based on their Facebook posting of past repair work, I brought my BMW there. Technician, Mr.Lee attended to the repairs at the engine bulkhead seal and rear boot seal. Post that, I requested for a suspension system check. Mr.Lee did a thorough inspection and found a defect at the linkage bushing. Replacement of the front lower control arm both left and right was made.
I am happy with their work, i.e in being careful I'm handling, thorough during pre and post work and work quality. Both Mr.Hanz and Mr.Lee were humble and attentive to customer request. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send my BMW to 3 well known BMW specialist, but none of them can settle my car issue completely especially outside smell inside car, door closing adjustment, water leaking, and they tell me come back again n again, wasting time, worst is even some clips or screw not in place after they dismantle, until rattling sound here n there as it was loose. Ryan(hanzwork), solve all my issues completely and I am happy to drive this BMW again. They carefully and attentively inspect the whole car with a very details specific report on the wear & tear. This workshop take care my car like their own baby and reasonable pricing on all parts. They even able to source my car parts in new even though my car Model is quite limited in Malaysia. good Job and thanks for solving my car so I can drive this BMW again. Keep up the great service ?
