★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, replaced the newly replaced parts and not solving the problem. The engine oil is overly filled and causing leaking. Complained and yet don't want to take any responsibility. Served by a young advisor, seems he is only interested on new repair business. Thought was a good workshop as recommended by a friend but turned up was a disaster experience.

Even though they r closed and about to go home, Terence still willingly tested my car and advised me on what might b the problem. Very helpful and professional! The nx day Nelson handled my case and although I end up didn't repair my car there due to my own reason but they were all cool and good with it. Very nice to see people as helpful as them and would really recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few months ago I sent an inquiry via Whatsapp to request for quotation. After waiting for a day didn't get any response then I called up. First thing first I greeted and confirmed if it's Volkspeed. The other party on the phone replied 'No' and hung up. I have crossed check the number was correct. I think the guy has forgotten he is working for Volkspeed :D
