★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Today i came with my dad and we were looking for a tricycle stroller. I believe most of the staffs were on leave since its CNY eve. There was just a malay lady who wasn’t attentive at all. She saw us coming in, wasn’t even pleased to entertain our questions. My dad and i had to configure everything on our own, we took out everything from the box coz we wanted to test out the item. And also bcs she just went MIA! Then after that, we didn’t know how to fold back the stroller, and she just stood there looking at us struggling. And when my dad asked for her help, she just replied “Encik buka tadi macam mana?” WHAT IN THE WORLD??? Not only she didnt help us to configure the thing, she even asked us how did we do it??? Who’s the worker now? And the worst part is i had to see my dad sweating and struggling with the thing just bcs she just looked and didn’t even bother to do anything. Its so upsetting.
Please2 do something to train ur your staffs to work on their manner and customer service. Just as much as how u convince ur customer to submit google review for RM10 voucher.
