★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience and reading others reviews, I truly feel these people should be taken to trading standards. Bought a voucher for a massage, the lady was very quick and happy to take my money, didnt ask me any questions. When I arrived for my massage the therapists said they cant treat me due to medical conditions. None of which were asked during the voucher purchase.
Too quick to take peoples money and hand out vouchers, but dont want to actually treat them!! They wouldnt offer a refund even though they are totally in the wrong, tried to exchange for a facial, but no thanks I have read the awful reviews for the facial and will not be going back.
Shameful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish could give a negative ⭐️ Rating. Worst facial experience. Never ever buy the RM 39 and RM 58 vouchers. It’s simply to make you a fool.The sales people want to sell their products convincing to top up with heavy packages. Will not recommend kunzense. My skin deteriorated after the facial. Most painful extraction of black heads which further lead to scars on my face. Never Visit this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get a schedule for the vouchers I bought. When I came there, the receptionist said my face is horrible for the rm58 facial. Like hello, how can you say horrible? Is that how you greet your FIRST TIME customers? After that, they are pushing me to top up and buy their packages and asking me to let go the voucher because it is not recommended for my skin type and instead of getting the rm58 facial voucher, they want me to do the rm500++ facial. I’d rather go to SK-II Boutique Spa, expensive but worth it. No wonder this store does not have any customers walking in. Like a ghost town. The staff needs to learn the basic etiquette in dealing with customers. Very bad customer service. They all want money and they dont give second thought scamming people. Worst facial centre I ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today as I bought the voucher RM39 and RM58 vouchers. I supposed to check on the review first. Well, the reason I bought at the first place was the promoter showed me the service catalogue mentioned that I can get a 2.3 hours of facial session. I was impressed and wanna give it a go. But to my disappointment, I was given less than 1 hour treatment. And alot of the term used are wrong. Like serum .. but obviously cream. I also disappointed when there is no flowing water in the facial room. Meaning , the water used to clean my face was used several times . Anyway, it seems other concerns of mine has been addressed by other people here so I don't need to explain further. I have another appointment but I don't think I wanna go.

They would force you to take vouchers and when you call them to get an appointment they would say they are always full albeit when you go there it is always empty. I wish I could have never encountered this kind of people. Pathetic people pathetic service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do buy voucher with them but their services is totally awful. I got the treatment for less than one hour. They will test your skin condition first and ask you to add on their serum or package. And if you don’t, they will just simply do it. Just go somewhere else but not this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time came here, i love one of the beautician service. Then, i subscribe for the package. Don't talk about price this is their standard and i pay via instalment plan (12months). But, after i subscribed, then request for available slot, they keep mentioned is full. So disappointed when u paid thousands for it, but when u really need it, u can't get it. Their service is very bad in terms of dealing with customer.
I wish to cancel my package. And go anywhere and anytime when i need it to any other spa. Not like requesting and increase the stress level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before i bought the RM39, RM58 and RM88 vouchers, i searched for beauMedic and saw no reviews so decided to give a try. Then i walked in to book slot but the receptionist has a very bad attitude and very rude!! Then i searched for "Kunzense" then only saw the Real reviews! Decided not to try anymore as i would not want to take risk even spent money on vouchers.
