When asked a day later on why they have yet to reply my messages, their answer was i haven't reply theirs. Their reply was short and not sincere at all. Not gonna support such lousy customer service.....

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a customised pandan coconut but taste was so so..cake was very heavy on the buttercream side, which is unusual for a pandan coconut as most that we have eaten before uses fresh cream as frosting. We also found the cake to be very expensive in comparison to the size of the cake ordered. Hoping this bakery can do a better job next time.
