On the afternoon of 7/10/21, I visited your Kota Syahbandar Melaka J&T branch to courier a large package to Langkawi. As my item was not properly packed/wrapped, I used the bubble wrap which was provided at the branch. Since the package was big & heavy, I had difficulty in getting it properly packed/wrapped.
Sensing my predicament, your reception staff by the name of Tengku Ferawati (ID No.: MLK 00110009) came to assist me. To ensure that my package will reach Langkawi in "tip-top" condition, Cik Ferawati really took the time and gave her all in thoroughly wrapping the package, cellophane taping it properly and putting the "fragile" sticker on the package.
As she was assisting me, I couldn't help feeling the gratitude towards the Cik Ferawati in showing her kindness, compassion and friendliness towards a senior Chinese lady, besides her efficiency that is required of her job. Cik Ferawati is a fine example of the standard, professionalism and "5 Star" hospitality service. Please convey my sincere appreciation and gratitude to her. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complained that one of his riders didn't hand my parcel although stated signed in their tracking website with a false IC number. The person in charge happily smile and say the rider still took it because my shop is not opened during the delivery. I wonder if it is suppose to be funny? Be professional in dealing with issues.

Why my parcel at ur place for a few days?
Why not courier out on next day?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with j&t..my parcel reached ready..it is a urgent parcel somemore..but they didn't send .my address at main town and not delivered..I went there to look for my parcel ..they took around 15-20minutes to search for my parcel.i just don't hw they work..waste time and energy

so average is two stars
late delivery i can accept but everytime i go to warehouse and want to pickup myself, they always got a lot of problem dont let me take, my parcel stuck on there dont know how long ady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been working here as a part time rider..0.80cent perparcel..start deliver from 3pm..jnt closed 7pm..average success delivered for working 4hour only about 20parcel..20parcel×0.80cent=rm16..minus for minyak motor rm4-5..means working 4hours only can get rm12-14..statistik kerja rider jnt for an hour u only being paid rm3-4..please dont count my minyak hitam and tayar yg akan bakal botak for next month..take note this figure gais..

I don’t blame the staff for not doing there job I blame the company who keep bad management and bad customer service.
Lost alot of my parcels especially those i sent from Kota laksamana JnT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad.. Never answer calls.. It's an urgent stuff. When it delivered, the courier just put it outside and didn't call or knock my door. Left my parcel outside without saying anything and I know it delivered when I check my shopee tracking.. Very bad :(
