★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff totally unfriendly, especially there is a fat staff, always show his attitude to the customer. When i try to ask question for a product, he just ignore and just ask me do the payment. Such bad service for Happy Mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi,I went to Happy Mart Bandar Sunway to collect my parcel around 1245am(11/12/2018)However, the staff name Nasruddin told me the collection time is 7am to 12am, he ask me to come on next day. There is another staff behind the counter as well he seems like senior staff.He knew that I am come for parcel collection yet he ignore what was happening between me and Nasruddin. I was disappointed and went back check through the website ,but it shows that collection time was 24hour. Then I go back to happymart and show the website to him. Finally he willing to get my parcel for me.I choose HappyMart because it really make me more convenience of 24hour service. Poor and bad experience for these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to pickup my parcel at this happy mart last year. Staff are blur but still know I’m collecting the parcel. Now it’s different, they reject my parcel sent from zalora. I choose to pickup from this place bc I don’t want to stay at home and waiting for the parcel. Ninjavan called me and said this branch rejected my parcel just now. How? I still can select this pickup point from my zalora app which means this place still able to pickup parcel. I don’t know why the person on duty can reject the parcel
