★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously bad customer services, very regret came here to open account, staffs here were rude and unfriendly, their faces always present unpleasant reaction, which are very annoying, and the ways they talked were no manner, and because of their processing time are damn slow, forced to keep listening their complaints sound at the back and wasted each other time, exhausted both time, maybe their times not important as just waiting for duty off.. my advice is, don't need come here to spoil your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services ever, staffs over there were not helpful, especially if you choose to open an account there, they are very rude, like we went there for flight. In addition, they act everything very slow response, slow in processing, wasted both time, time consuming, in fact they can work more aggressive instead of talking at behind or keep complaining on clients, and be more friendly. Seriously bad services and rude. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad ,, soooo bad .. the lady at the front counter , wasn't friendly at all , in fact she was so scary and her voice was tooo loud telling me I can't open my account , and was saying it loud " you don't work and you are not student so you can't open an account " everyone heard in the bank , I wouldn't be surprised if she goes out and told everyone about it lol , so crazy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude services at all!! the front desk counter lady was talk so loud and keep playing phone instead of serving customer. I just want to went there to open an account and she just scold me instead of help me to check. Eventually kena halau by the guard, WOW THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GREAT !!! KEEP IT UP TO FEED THIS KIND OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF!!!
