★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is wonderful the waiter/waitresses are friendly.. just the food is lack of seasoning on my taste I don't know the others.. please improve on the food or taste it. Hopefully this gets to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and the place was a little busy. I decided to sit at the bar to hopefully get quicker service. The bartender continued to make his drinks and finally came over about 10 minutes later. I ordered a drink and a salad. I received the drink. 15 minutes later he asked what I wanted again for food ?. I told him again and finally he orders it. Meanwhile about 10 other large tables have been sat and ordered their food. 50 minutes later I get my salad. He did apologize but they really need to provide better service. Hard rock is international and expensive. I expect better service from this type of establishment. The salad was delicious but that wait was way too long. If I wasn't on holiday and had to get back to work I would have cancelled it and left. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I spent our anniversary there and it was fantastic. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food were delicious and came in a big portion too I think its reasonable with the expensive price. Kinda think the merchandise is too pricey tho. *photos were enhanced with filters*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Food portion. 4 of us can't finish all. Must try Char kuey tiao. Nachos are signature. Fish and chips average taste. Chicken burger and fries are too yummy. Kids Love their refillable ice lemon tea and milkshake. Good experience but only Harley bikers are too noise at another corner. Their bike engine so loud and annoying ?

Variety of burgers served here..
I order vegetarian burger (mountain burger) taste like beef.. very juicy..
Overall are great..
But theres no live band till this July 2022..
What a waste..
Price one burger and juice average 75 ringgit.

Food tastes average. The chicken was dry, the beef was not well seasoned and the fish stinks.
Milkshakes are good but pricey.
A good place to have beers after work - good atmosphere and service.
