β β β β β My hubby and I were very dissatisfied with this outlet. We ordered for full-sized 4pcs beef ribs on Sat, 19June22 dining-in service and it came out very2 slow from their kitchen bcoz they were only 3 waiters serving almost a full house that night. D worst meal ever bcoz it was heart-brokenly expensive rm100+ per dish and d beef was stuck to d bones making them too tough for us to cut using knife and forget about chewing them. They claimed their ribs were d best and we felt cheated. We complaint to one of d waiters but no action taken. So, we put this outlet into our permanent ban list.

β β β β β The shop was empty, there must be a reason ! The price in the tony roma's shop is high and u expect acceptable hygine and professional service. The chairs seems doesnt wash for ages, black stain can seen easily every where on the chair. Not a friendly athmospher,
And we should call the waiters multiple time, short answer with no explanation. Perhaps a tiny smile would change the experience. The drink had some black stain inside.
Good food presentation, but everything is sweet, they add sweet chilly souce on the chicken salad, I understand it is a branch, but why so much suger specially when customer ask to not mix ?
I ask the waiter to not add the souce on the beef, but it was mixed ... The chicken we ordered was not cooked and inside were bloods, we all know not coocked chicken is very dangerous, and it can be fatal. No customer in the shop but waiter was playing around. No one serve us ... .over all Not recommanded.

β β β β β The best ribs. We had our lunch when it was weekdays and itβs less people. The food serve in timely manner. We love the potatoes skinβs just make sure you eat it straight away while it is still hot. We take the big portion for the ribs it is way more than enough for just 3 of us. There is nothing to complaints. The food and the service is good.

Pricy but can be worth it. Tony romaβs is always my go to for a good ribs. With their 4 sauces. Itβs just umphhh! Portion is great and can be shared.
Also, since youβre already here, kickinβ shrimp is kinda a must. Lol. Yums.
This branch specifically is not that crowded but thereβs always people coming so itβs good. Waiting time is also acceptable.
Could be 5 stars but their cushions are dirty and some of their staff looked unhappy (some are just great!)

β β β β β We went to the Melawati Mall outlet & both me & husband were disappointed with the food. My husband ordered a RARE cooked New York Strip but it was really REALLY dry almost like a well done one. We had better steak at half the price. Also the Shrimp Scampi Pasta was really bland! We ordered a smaller portion but got a big one instead. The waitress should've repeated our order.
The Red Hot Buffalo Wings was really nice though. ??
But we won't be coming here again because we expected better food quality with the price.

Ribs was tough.
Pasta was cold also. Tomatoes and onions were chunks and definitely didnβt look like the picture and they definitely didnβt seem to care about the food. They could sautΓ© it further and/or blend it. The chicken was hidden underneath. They didnβt bother to cut into small pieces.
Tables smell. Their cloth to wipe down the table probably that made it smell.
WIFI for menu! Urgh so damn slow! Old school menu is fast!
They need to check they quality control big time!
