★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is so much potential to this place! Well located and strategically placed next to a water theme park, there were tons of family crowd when we visited. We had a pleasant stay but thought there were room for improvement in some areas.
The rooms are spacious and come with quite typical hard rock style, nice balcony area that faced the water theme park too. Only gripe here is the maintenance.. for a hotel that opened just 2 years ago, some the bathroom fixtures have visible rust/ scruffings and wear and tear. Shower drainage was also blocked. The refillable water tumbler is a nice touch in saving the environment but some issues with rust on the metal grooves. Hopefully some of these items can be looked at more thoroughly!
The amenities were great! We especially liked the gym which had a wide variety of equipments, was clean and had ample space. The hotel pool was ok but probably a bit small in comparison to the number of guests they accommodate - otherwise likely more worthwhile to get access to the water theme park.
Breakfast was quite a mad scene with the number of guests. Buffet line had a good variety but quality could be improved!
Overall the staff were all pleasant and friendly and the entire place was done up well hard rock style. Good and chill vibes all around as well, and would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hard rocking hotel! Part of the integrated resort development among other international hotels nearby the area. Probably the largest of all its chain of hotels in Malaysia. Great to bring kids and families with adjacent water theme park. There's live band and hard rock shop too for souvenirs and collectibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel. I received a one day pass to the water park right next to it, but somewhat expected it to be abandoned or musty because of how the place was built in rural areas. However, I was shocked to find how nice and fun the rides were. There were variety of restaurants offering different cuisines too. The room was also very nice with lots of movie options. Overall amazing hotel, but it only had one shower outside of your personal rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique hotel. Good place to relax and chill out. Nice room with nice decor and good number of Astro and movies selection. Provide water tumblers and water dispensing machines at each floor.
Friendly staff and good services.
However the cushion at balcony's furniture should be replaced with cleaner and better quality material. Loves the body shampoo. Shower room's water drainage was blocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, amazing! The only reason I am giving 4 stars today is due to the breakfast madness. This being said, going earlier will serve you well which the staff did mention. Brilliant Staff. Excellent food and drinks. The Waterpark? The Kids Club? Fab with kids 7 and 10.

This hotel absolutely impressed my family and I. With a short two hour drive from Singapore we were in a both relaxed yet fun-filled getaway. This is primarily because of the free entry to the huge waterpark next door. We also did a mum/daughter and dad/so spa treatment. I thought it was going to be a big risk, ht the kids, 3 and 6, were very zen like for the entire hour.
The food was good, with minimal impact due to Ramadan. We only spent 3 days sadly, and didn't get out exploring as much as we'd like.
Five stars because not only will we return, we will return on the regular. It was fun, economical and incredibly, they set the standard in transparent and effortless environmental sustainability efforts. Hard Rock Hotel proved that being environmentally sensitive can be effortless and convenient - other hotels and resorts could learn from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort with great potential but not there yet. Food often was cold and restaurants not too clean. There was nearly always An issue with payment and it's quite hard to get there (or go away). However: staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Atmosphere is good. Entertainment and rooms too. Also tried the Spa which is definitely recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel lobby is very nicely done and was super crowded on a public holiday long weekend. Our room is the far end of the hotel but we heard people chattering loudly outside our room late in the middle of night. At 4am we are woken by loud chirping of birds outside. My friend had his room nearer to the lobby and it was very noisy as there is a band playing till late night while we were there. Breakfast food quality was nothing memorable. Dinner in Sessions ordering local food is definitely better than western food. The pool was ridiculously small for a hotel this size. On the last day we were there, there was lightning that can be seen on one side of the skin but the guards didn’t stop anyone in the pool. Drinks at the pool bar took 45 minutes to arrive. Room is nice and cosy but the cleaning didn’t happen until late afternoon. There are also dirt marks everywhere in the shower area. This is a very family hotel full of family and kids. Hotel facilities are rather basic. Won’t visit again.
