★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Toshiba Smart TV & Inverter Fridge at their Lazada store. It's my first time purchasing electrical items online and I was cautious but I decided to give Harmony Electrical a try. Requested a specific delivery date and they were able to send it although there was a slight delay in time. On the day itself, the seller called to inform me that the TV model that I ordered was out of stock but they were super kind enough to upgrade me to a higher series model with no extra cost!
Driver and delivery guys were equally helpful too with the installation of the electrical items and I'm more than happy and satisfied.
As my condo has strict sop where bulk delivery are not allowed to enter after 5pm, they were extra patient with me for my numerous calls and reminders and kudos to their professionalsm and excellent service!
