★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a fridge from them. Very dishonest shop.
They accidentally scratched and dented the fridge but they masked it with a sticker showing electricity consumption rating. I didn't know that till almost a year when I was curious why a washing machine sticker was on my fridge. I removed the sticker and got shock of my life.
Confronted them, they did not admit the mistake. Telling me it was from Samsung and they dunno about it at all. Saying they were shocked about the sticker covering the dent and scratch. Till weeks after numerous calls to them, they compensated me with a cheap fan.
I later found out it was a display set as according to Samsung customer service, the fridge should be delivered together with the box. But they did not give such box to me. They delivered bare unit, just like that. Also, making a lie that , "we unbox for your convenience at the shop".
Filed a complaint to Lazada and wouldn't look back after.
So guys, if you could read other reviews here too "DO NOT BUT BIG ITEMS WITH THEM", small electrical appliances would be fine maybe. But I would suggest to avoid this shop altogether due to their dishonest behaviour. You could be getting a display item masked as new.

Last time i bought a washing machine from this shop, i paid for the installation fee but the guys did not manage to install for me. Please dont buy their products. Very poor customer service. Go shop somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Never on time or come on the day promised. Living in condo have to request their details again and again and when they are free to come takes so long. Promise to come Friday they only came 2 Fridays later without informing.
2. Aircond instalment they cheat using one outlet. After a few months rosak 2 aircond and we finally found out it’s because they use only one outlet for 2 aircond (1hp and 2hp). Lucky it didn’t catch on fire. Called another company to fix it and paid them rather than sakit hati deal with this company again.
Find other shops. Waste of time and money dealing with this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to park near store. Good service, actually it was quite good. The sales rep, ‘Sam’ even cross checked the current market retail for the dryer unit purchased ~ which was lower and updated the sale price. That was unexpected.
Delivery boys although busy, went an extra length to complete installation. Kudos..
Mid size store. Though has fair bit of stock undisplayed, online check is possible.

Order 2 units of air-conditioner. 1 unit given to use was not working - the ac isn't cool. The model looked like a old version and not the one we saw at the shop. Even the remote looked like it has been used. Could have sent us the used air conditioner. Poor customer service. Had to call to get them to send a replacement unit. And the sales rep accused us for picking a fight. Who would not be angry when you paid money and they deliver a spoilt and used air cond.
Would not purchase from here again. Cheat customer. If you are not aware they will give you display unit or used unit or super old stock.
Total disappointment.
