★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought (take away) a lotta variety of their products from RnR Tapah cos 1) I love bread and 2) Price was good.
Verdict: Food didn't disappoint. Value for money. Tastes good. Many bread, cakes and pastry to choose from.
Please don't expect artisan level bread ok cos you only pay RM5 for three pieces of mini pieces. Will buy more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are rude and arrogant. 1 star is only for their good breads if not I would not have rated even 1. We ordered for having there bread and coffee, after heating up the bread the staff sent over the food until the front table (dining table no1) not until my table (dining table no 2). WTH? Better ask me to self pick up from the counter right? Management please train your staff to be polite. Customer service is essential key to business growth!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks organised and clean. Attended to by cashier. Varieties of breads, snack or cookies to choose from. Pick up your choices and pay at counter. Cash or card. Ample parking lot at the surrounding. Had other varieties of food to suit your taste buds. Not less than 20 varieties of food for your taste buds. It's situated inside Mydin Mall. Medium crowded during that time. Most probably will be crowded during weekends. Not sure of nite life there. Personally it's a sure place for hive of activity at night. Not to forget the rest rooms are clean and smells clean. It's free to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids ordered cake pop and rainbow cake which is beautifully made and the taste is ok. And I tried Harold’s signature coffee which is also ok and an interesting bread sushi - I like this one. Staff are ok ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few tables were not clean quickly and cleanly enough. Had spicy tuna sandwich but it seemed the amount of tuna spread was not the same as the last time I came. The manager should check so consistent quality can be provided. Will still be my choice for breakfast or light lunch.
