the day. 0/10 for service definitely would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed because I was going to buy a drink but when I got there a woman working there said it was closed. It's supposed to close at 10.30 pm but when I got there it was just 9pm and during 9.30 I saw the staff there. I hope that you can talk to your staff or hire new ones so that u can get more customers.

the drink is alrdy ready but was sat there and not giving to me ive called the worker "excuse me " for 3 times very loudly but got ignored so i just take it and go bcz i was in a rush to go to somewhere else
and in other ways theres no customer there and the worker is not giving me my drink ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week, I was so disappointed. Ada Dua pekerja, boy & girl, it was around 8.45pm, customer tgh ramai, but yg layan seorang sahaja?? So not the right way! Girl sorg tu boleh pulak awal² cleaning sambil berborak relaks² dgn boy yg doing two in one work Masa org tgh ramai tu. Sepatutnya she helped him out! I'm so disgusted with her attitude.
I had to waited in line for until 20 to 30minutes for my drinks??!!! I immediately backlist this branch.

When someone paid for you, your Tealive will become tastier than you paid by yourself! I don't know if it's because I get it for free or what. but whoever order my Tealive whether it is me or person who's paying, my Tealive will eventually become tastier if I'm not paying. Like seriously serious.
