★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a guard house to a condominium. 3 stars because that's all it is, a guard house. Filled with nice and friendly security guards that smile st you. Oh and a pokestop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware the management hire a contractor by the name - Raju to check for any water leakage at your unit, this Raju guy will insist your property is leaking and you did not use water proofing (Which I did and done it 3 times during renovation). Raju will lie and says the neighbor's ceiling below your unit is wet (which is not, I went to check my neighbor's ceiling, slab and is totally dry with no water marks). Raju will use all kinds of dishonest method to cheat your money. Stay away from this guy and hire your own contractor if you have any doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condo but very well managed. Big units. Located within the vicinity of Bukit Tunku, Hartamas and Mont Kiara without the price tag. 5 mins walk to Publika and Matrade. 3 mins walk to Solaris KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad security service visitors have to self walk to the guard house and do registration but the security job is just to sit inside the guard house and wait for visitor to walk to guard ? really good and easy job for the security staff
