β β β β β Very bad experience here,especially the front desk is worst bad attitude !!
Lobby ladder design is very problematic! The tiles were the same color as the top and bottom tiles, and there was no safety line. I was holding my baby and falling with him. My baby knocked on the back of the head. And my leg bleeding and burst !
I talked to Front desk the Indian ladies about the problem! SHe didn't pay any attention to me, I like talking with the air!
My baby and I fell in this building ! We injured! SHe didn't evenask if we should help! Where we felt down! She just walk away! I really don't understand! Why are there such staff is working this ?
What does he work for? Put on airs? Or just a OrnamentοΌ I am very disappointed with the management of this building.

β β β β β Having very serious problem of smelly toilet and bathroom. Of course, developer and management office never admit it, and owners want to hide it. Better to keep away from this property

β β β β β They are either ignorant of the law or just egoistically thinking they are a luxurious property, they can do as they like. My complain is that they require all visitors/contractors going in to handover their IC or Driver's licence in exchange for a piece of their paper pass! I made a fuss to the concierge that they cannot keep our legal documents such as ID/drivers licence. All they can do is just to record down all my info and return my ID. But what baffles me is that so many visitors are blindly giving their ID away to the guards. Better stop this practice coz i will lodge a report to the PDRM on your illegal practice

But the construction and material is cheap.
Piping issue and stinky , you can hear upstairs walking on the floor as the construction is thin and low quality .
I wish I could post the noises we bear from upstairs :(((((

β β β β β Great place to stay...nice environment and people here are friendly. As this place is part expat part local, car parks are half full vs congestions which we see at other places. High level of privacy as lifts are also scattered all over basements taking you direct to your floor vs a common lift area which caters for all floors.

β β β β β One of the only condo in Mont Kiara with unblocked view of KLCC and the King's palace. Full service luxury condominium with conceirge service. Very attentive staff and the common areas are excellent for entertaining your vip guests.
