★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all my years of eating japanese food, i have never eaten something as close as awful as this restaurant.
Here is a list of what i experienced
1) sushi tasted like chewing gum. Using old rice and unfresh sashimi. Combination made me felt like i was eating gum. Disgusting. I ordered 5 piece sushi, ate 2 with my companion and we left the rest.
2)They handed us 2 menus. 1 for japanese food and 1 for dessert. Initially i though that was pretty cool but after talking to the server. Turns out everything on the dessert menu was not available and half the main menu was not avaliable as well.
3)The service is super slow. We were the only people and it still took about 45 min for the food to come.
To conclude, if i can save anyone from eating there then this review would not have been a waste.
If is possible i would have gave this place 0 star. Go spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit and will not consider to revisit again. First, service need to improve... a lot ! We are the only table and they took 10 minutes to prepare a bowl of ramen. Second... the food quality. We ordered a char-siew ramen and the meat is so hard. My daughter was saying even I can cook better...
And is little bit over price for the food we get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service level, low, all service crew is foreigner who didn't speak proper English and it took long for service and serving. Food quality is low but came with a high price. The porks in our Ramen were not fresh, over cooked and tasteless. The grill squid over cooked and relatively small in size for the price. Renovation is bad taste and the music play was so loud and uncomfortable for the ambience. Will not recommend and will not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here needs to be improved, there's few key point to be improved as below.
1. The waiting time for the food to be ready is very long, we finished our main course and the sushi still not served although the capacity is just around 30-40%
2. The staff seems to be understaffed and lack of experience, up to a point they refilled MISO SOUP into my green tea cup !
3. The price doesn't justify the quality of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is high and the portion is small. First dish came at18:42, second dish 18:51, third dish 19:14. I waited 23 minutes for my dish that is so so while the other person had finished eating. Next table who came later had their food first. Want to order dessert but no ice cream, no mochi, no cheese. Why bother to show me the dessert menu? Overall dining experience is very bad and they even charge service fee for that. I complained and they just say sorry. If it's a proper restaurant, the late dish should be on the house. Dissapointing. Not worth the price at all.
