Food taste is normal mala hotpot style, acceptable. Giving RM100 vouchers for next visit which could redeem at weekday Mon to Thurs when bill over RM200. However, the service did not show up to standard! Waiter not friendly and highlighting the wrong orders ask for revise, the attitude totally cannot accept. If u think my writing is not clear u may clarify or improve the take orders process. You could provide others method to take order instead of request customer input, then complaint the writing is not clear. 01 n 07 different, if u think I'm wrong nevermind just add back what I want instead of black face and poor attitude! The attitude no good at all even when cleaning tables is not gentle and simply put in the stuff, drop on floors. You should know today is mother's day and sure is crowded. If you unable to service all customers, u may slowly complete instead of be emotional! Now I am not surprised y most of the saucer and bowl are spoiled but serve customers. Lastly, the desserts are special and bring the meal ended with good mood.

Services were excellent. The sauces provided was great however I didn't like the fact they charged you 5 ringgit for it. Desserts was pretty but was not very good.

Waiters are very attentive, especially Jordan. Desserts are unlimited with just extra RM5. Love the mala soup and pork soup. You can smell it outside the street!

Best mala hotpot I've ever tasted. Plus, the service especially from Jia Le was immaculate. He really paid attention and met all of our needs. Will definitely come here again!

The chicken soup is nice, thick & strong favourite. Mala soup is too heavy & oily, also quite spicy. Overall the environment & foods are ok, just very pricey, not worth it.

The beef cuts and vege were fresh. Tripe and intestines were decent. Loved the fish paste. The fried beancurd was not crunchy enough though. The mala soup lacked the taste and fire power. Average pricing.

The food is really good and fresh, worth the value. The waiter name Vincent is so caring and keep refilling soup for us. The environment and ambient is really comfort especially when you came during rainy day. Overall, the dining experience is superb. Recommended! Oh yeah, they provide dessert as per the picture below for free. ??

Another one of my favourite mala hotpot restaurants in town. There are many chains around town, and it’s always packed with people. Good to make a reservation beforehand. Their soups are very flavorful. One good thing about this place is that they do vegetarian soup base that I am able to enjoy. There is a lot of variety of vegetables and mushrooms besides meats. With RM 5, you will have unlimited sauces and desserts. Service is always very prompt and friendly. It is on the pricey side compared to the usual steamboat, but it is worth it.
