★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought the Acer Spin 5 laptop from Harvey Norman at 42, 1st Floor, Aeon Big, Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, 1, Persiaran Batu Nilam, 1KS6, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, 41200 Klang, Selangor this year and insurance claim coverage is for three years.
Recently, I brought the said product which has a SSD defect to a Sales personnel at the said place and name of the company as above and after three weeks later a Sales personnel from the same company said that I can collect the said laptop and did not mention anything. When I arrived later after work to see the said personnel and I was told he was not there but my laptop (plastic wrapped) was return to me by another sales personnel to me.
To my surprise, the same laptop with the defective SSD has not been changed. Why are they wasting my time. Can't they just change the SSD? Is that so hard to do? Please be fair and truthful to customer like me and not making customer like me to run round in circles to go back and forth so many times all over again for the same matter. My petrol and finding parking at that area can be jam pack at times
I have noticed computer technicians from computer shops outside Harvey Norman arena could do faster repairs and they give free gift(s) which is excellent after service care for customers to come back again because of the assurety they give back to customer and to win customers heart and confidence.
Please be considerate and return call to me soonest possible either they change the SSD or take back the Acer Spin 5 and return my money back plus the insurance money.

I recently brought a nearly RM 10K sofa from Harvery Norman, the handcraft is terrible, it has multiple defects like squeak spring sound, tilted sofa seat(due to cut conner in the sofa frame, one of the seat frames is 1 inch smaller), not functioning electric recliner.
Probably need to think twice when buying furniture from Harvey Norman. Who can accept the quality for the item with visually and functional defects? I will post more photos, video evidence, and even lodge a lawsuit to Malaysia Consumer Tribunal if your supplier is unable to resolve this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider quite huge store in AEON bukit tinggi shopping mall, selling gadgets, electrical appliance and also home appliance. The section inside the store is nicely separated so shopping was easy.
Staffs were friendly and helpful during our visit.
Price a little expensive compare to other stores.

I have problem with my soundbar and the sales guy Mr Alif brought his techinical guy, Mr Maran to test the audio system. When they found that the soundbar default they help me to send to the service centre and Whatsapp the details to me using his personal mobile phone.
Keep up the good work Mr Alif and Mr Maran!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Bandar Sunway, which is 5 mins away from Harvey Norman Sunway Pryamid. But I prefer to go to buy major things from Havey Norman Bukit Tinggi because they got a much wider selection of things e.g. mattress, sofas, etc. than the branch at Sunway Pryamid. The sales people at Harvey Norman are very knowledgable and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took quite a large area in this shopping mall. They are here for some years now and consider one of the main tenants. As usual, they have furnishing, IT and electrical sections. You can try out those notebooks and smartphones on display. This outlet is somewhat quieter and you can browse slowly with bumping to other customers.
