This older lady selling kitchen appliances know how to bs her products. Sorry not falling for it.

Price is similar to their stores in KL. Currently they are having grand opening sale with hourly deals (see my attached photo), additional discount and free kids activities. You might want to take this opportunity to shop for your home need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful staff named Jeffrey from Harvey Norman Ipoh Parade branch. Expelled me and my friend from the showroom, treated us like some sort of homeless people and not welcoming us to enter the showroom. Really disappointed service attitude. Think twice before you buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited twice for photo printing. First time I used my USB to import the photos, every goes fine until I'm home, I realised that my USB has virus.
Fine, then for second visit, prior the visit I had call them to double triple confirm : if I don't have a USB to import photos, would that be alright? (because my pen drive had virus already). Harvery Norman replied : it's fine, use an application will do.
So I went all the way to Ipoh Parade to print the photo and they said the application doesn't support Android Phone.
All the staff then try to push push push the responsibility ?

Like to shop here for my kitchen utensils and entertainment appliances. So many of brands and models to select. The sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable in the electrical products on sale.
Assured of fair prices as the management is willing to lower the price of the selected item if the customer can produce proof of a lower price elsewhere.
