In-store customer service is poor except coffee machine sales person ,and security guard.
everytime im visiting store these two peoples are welcome greetings and assist further, other's never look at us we go and see the products ourselves...

Ordered Qty 7. Pre delivery say 4 of the items got no stocks. Fair... But during delivery of the the 3 which was supposed to be delivered also didn't appear.. Only one came.
People took leave and make arrangements to receive the items but coordination from logistics end is terrible and unprofessional. Theyalso didn't appear at the time agreed. Best of all their client review link is only valid for 12 hours

Even the last time i came here due to the problems with my samsung vaccuum, same. Rude. Service.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, some of them outstanding in terms of service and product knowledge. They also have a great warranty tracking system that is completely digital. Even if you lose your receipt, they can check everything via their system using your details e.g your phone number. Even if you have multiple items. I am a very happy customer, and even if they are a bit far from me I still prefer to come all the way to buy from them.
