★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hartamas Trailhead is less known for public.
Car park is available.
The beginning of the trails is rather open space, pls be ready for hiking under the hot sun.
Apek Hill & Saga Hill are connected, both are one of the best hiking spot in Klang Valley especially for those who are nature lovers.
Unlike other hiking spot in KL such as Wawasan Hills, Bukit Kiara, Damansara Community Forest, all these are fragmented forest and disturbed or so called secondary forest, which isolated by the city.
Whereby Bukit Saga & Apek Hill is connected to the Central Forest Spine, where more WILD than expected and full of surprises.
The forest still dominant by the primary forest tree species such as Dipterocarpaceae family, Big and emergent Meranti trees is everywhere. I'm lucky enough to witness the forest floor covered by the winged seeds from dipterocarp species, this mass flowering phenomenon only happened every 5-8years.
I also found some wild durian tree and wild mangosteen tree along the trail. Lianas and rattans are climbing from tree to tree. Different species of palms like Bertam, Arenga pinnata...
You can hear the calls of white handed gibbons, more lucky if you can spot them on the canopy. I saw some cute dusky langurs too.
The way to the Sungai Putih Waterfalls could be challenging for beginners. Well physical level required for some steep decent.
Go during weekday to avoid the weekend crowds is the wiser choice.

Inside Have 6 Peak Stations To Complete The Hiking !
Each And Every Station Have Place To Resting & Concept As Well !
I Personally Like The 3th Station
It's not place for beginner to hiking !
If still wanna try I cn suggest you cn go until 3th station Because After That The Trail Ways Will Be Higher N Need To Move With Big Steps !

Plz Bring Your Water Bottle As Much You Cn
If Not You Should Have To Bought The Can Drinks For Rm3 and Small Bottle Drinks For Rm5 Inside The Forest !
Beginners Pls Bring Your Hiking Sticks !
If it's raining try to avoid hiking at the time Because The Trail Will Be Slippery !
