It was amazing. The actors really act very well. I felt so scared at the same time not so focus about my character as a paranormal. Sarimah actorr really freak me out. All really perfect. The staff also friendly. U guys should try it. Make sure dont go with a lot of people. Better go by 2 or 3 people will be more scary

I enjoyed the experience. I like how the actors and actress are into their character. I read some of the comments that Riza is quite exaggerated but I feel like is just he’s character in the play i.e : arrogant, annoying. A good job well done to all the actors and actress. Will be coming again for the next episodes with more friends cause I feel 4 companion is just not enough to getting rid of the goosebumps ?

Best one of a kind experience! Recommended for everyone including those that are afraid of haunted houses. This experience made me want more! Definitely worth the money and time. Staff are friendly and actors are 10/10!

Love the experience here. The actor/actresses is really good playing their character. It is not your typocal haunted house or escape room. Truly amazing playing this game with my siblings. Cannot wait for the next episode to be released

Priced at RM58, you may get cheaper (RM45-50) if you book at klook/have a student card! In terms of user journey, it was extremely simple. Everything was available on site for any bookings/cancellation, staff was very friendly and helpful too! It’s up to 10pax per session & if you come in with less, you’d either get grouped with others or enter with that amount of people. I came w my friend & we end up entering just both of us! We don’t mind tho, it made it more exciting :) We went for Ep 3, if you’re still confused how Hauntu works (which I was previously) - it’s basically like a haunted house but with a plot. You’re entering with a character given to you and there will be actors/actresses along the way who’ll basically guide you. All of them did an amazing job at their roles which made us subconsciously act along. The place was extremely well decorated & they did a great job playing around with the audio! Bare in mind, the casts speak english (not sure if Malay is an option?) We had such a great time from start to mid but the plot, for us atleast, got slightly confusing by the end and kind of threw us off. I was hoping for a clearer ending/closure despite whatever decision we made in there, be it being able to escape/die/live. I think having people still being in-character even after exiting would be extremeeely helpful! And having something to bring home to would made it more memorable too! Overall, totally worth it to try out! P/s, wear comfortable shoes/clothes ;)

A great experience. The actors and actress excellent. You need to know the story line so you will be able to understand better. Better go with big group. Only two of us kinda scarry. After all, totally an extraordinary experience!

Huge thumbs up to the actors!! They're super professional and their acting skill was so on point. They manage to stay in character no matter how the player react. The setup was surreal, it gives a real haunted hotel experience. The staff aka receptionist are very nice too. Would definitely come back for another episode!

Absolutely a great experience- the staff are super friendly and helpful and they also provide you with the necessary explanation and detailed information. The way how the whole experience was crafted totally impressed me. Excellent script writing and spectacular performers. Totally would recommend to everyone! My only tip for those who wish to try this experience is to always be open and bold in truly immersing yourself in the experience rather than seeing it as just something you want to get over with.
