★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one in KL City. Not easy to find. it is at the basement. if you see the Subway sign go into the building and go down stairs then turn left.
One very disappointed thing is that the offoce hour is 0800-1800. We arrived to pick up the car at 8am sharp. However staff came late at 8.30am and took almost an hour to sort out all documentations. we ended up need to reschedule our itinerary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother try renting a car here. Tried booking through their website. 40 minutes later I get an email saying the my request has been declined because the car is not available. I ask them which cars or which dates would work, and they reply by telling me to try more booking request through their website. I make two more request, but after waiting an hour I decide to just show up at their office. The lady at the office is kind to let me know that they do not have any cars available for the entire next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Despites saying that they are open at 8:00 am in the morning. At 8:25 I was still waiting at their airport counter. Their central office said they will try to reach their colleagues but none of the contacts picked their phones up. Just save yourself from a trouble and rent from somewhere else.
Since I booked online, they charged me for rental as well. If otherwise, I would have rent a car just by walking in from other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a minus star worthy to be given to this company service and car. They dont have proper direction to their office. Rude and ghastly customer service.Completely inadequate on briefing their customers. Unreachable numbers. Hope their lower management try to change or hire a team that are decent enough to do easy work . There are many other car rental services with excellent options. Worst experience ever. Complete waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales man contacted me via phone was nice and his team worked well to give us a seamless rent. The car BRV they provided is superb. Price is very competitive for such high quality and GST paid is fair for both parties. I love the fact that this company is in center of KL while most of others available either in Shah Alam or Cheras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great car rental. Staff was very nice, informative, and helpful. Car was in great condition. Easy in, easy out (although a bit tricky finding the office.. just ask someone. It's more like a working office rather than a typical car rental office ). Make sure you get the touch and go card which you will need on the highways. You can top up at the car rental place, and gas stations. Start with 50 MYR or so to ensure no issues on your highway travel. Card cost 10 MYR non refundable which kind of sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think to give a car rental company five stars is hard. But I have used them 7 times nearly and one more next month over the past 4 years. The man at the KLIA airport is super friendly and really nice. They always give good rates via email. I’ve never actually had an issue apart from once with the battery and it was fixed within 2 hours. I genuinely like the company and they are friendly. Like I said most companies people have bad experiences. I am grateful everything is always smooth. The only thing I’ve noticed is the price has slowly risen over the last few years but very small amount. Also to get to the counter in the KLIA parking lot is a bit of trouble when u got large luggage. Highly recommended
