★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience purchasing online. Have yet to receive any of the items ordered in mid July. Considering the premium positioning of their brands and prices, the delivery and customer service is below par. The pandemic is not a valid excuse. And requesting a refund requires multiple approvals despite them taking the cash upfront. Will not recommend for future purchase. Other smaller businesses are way better despite the pandemic. Dismal performance for a so called premium brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 15 July for friends birthday, and I checked their standard delivery is 14 days. So I waited 14 days but no any shipping update til now at third week. They failed to keep their promise so i demand for a refund because i can't even trace my order at their website "no order was found" after two weeks, im doubt if my order has go through but they keep asking me to wait. but no any reply from now. Please do not make any order if you looking this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order online, waited for ONE month until delivery BUT order delivery was NOT COMPLETE (1 missing item). Contacted Valiram immediately (calls & emails) and followed up and ANOTHER MONTH gone by and i still have not received the missing items, nor any progress on the complaint, nor any refund option - just NOTHING! Full amount has been paid to the company and they do not deliver their order in full nor deal with the problem at all. Totally do not recommend any dealings with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their promotion sales are really disappointing. Order, paid call to follow say packaging, next follow up say out of stocks already.
And it took them more than 10 working days to refund. I suggest you better don't buy!
Got cheated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever ever buy from Valiram online. This is the 2nd time I placed online on Valiram. Consider this is a big company, they should able to fulfill all orders. However, after 2 weeks placed online, I still receive no news from them and I call them up, asking the status. The 1st time, they told me processing and the 2nd time I called, they say out of stock!! I experienced this out of stock situation for 2 times and I think their online website really cannot be trusted at all!!! If you don't mind paying them money and get NOTHING AT ALL, you can try buying from Valiram247.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sceptical to buy anything from Valiram since they’ve got so many bad reviews. Tried my luck to order candle from B&W since they got sale. Surprisingly, my order was shipped on the same day I ordered. I bet, they already improve their service now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my order last sunday 20/02 and received it today 22/02, very quick response by the cs, opposite to some of the comments I’ve read it here, for me their service are very efficient. My parcel are well packed and complete. Nothing is missing. Great job for the shipping company they used to send my parcel. (City link) Valiram 247 are still 1 of the trusted online shopping site and definitely all the items they sell are purely authentic. Excellent Job guys, will surely place my next order soon.
