 A long-established rental car in the city center of Malacca. A car rental shop with all vehicle insurance that is well maintained. There is a long-term rental amount setting such as 1 week and 1 month from the usual 24-hour (1 night 2 days) rental.
Various models are available from 4 to 5000 yen (as of 2018) in Japanese yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Autovermietung liegt im Zentrum und ist gut erreichbar. Das vorgängig reservierte Fahrzeug stand rechtzeitig bereit, war sauber gereinigt und in einem recht guten Zustand. Die Übernahme war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. - Im Nachhinein stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass der Fahrzeug-Ausweis fehlte. Dieser wurde für die Überfahrt mit der Fähre nach Langkawi benötigt, konnte jedoch noch in letzter Minute via Hauptquartier besorgt werden.
The car rental is located in the center and is easily accessible. The previously reserved vehicle was ready in time, was clean cleaned and in a good condition. The takeover was straightforward and fast. - In retrospect, however, it turned out that the vehicle ID was missing. This was needed for the crossing by ferry to Langkawi, but could be provided at the last minute via headquarters.

Car was cancelled at the last minute so we were left without a car.
This is quite unprofessional I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service when receiving and handing in the car. Car delivered to the hotel, personal explanation of the car and the route to destination. Days later at destination, representative came out of the office to meet us in the street as he saw us looking for their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent business situated in the heart of old Melaka, super friendly staff who spoke fluent English. Good prices and you get to drive the Malaysian made car Perodua, which is in their fleet. On my trip I managed to scratch the car a fair bit (did not see low parking pole while backing up). My excess was quite high (around £500 - they don't do 0 excess) and I was afraid I would have to pay in full - but the kind gentleman estimated the repair just for a fraction of the full excess so in the end I paid only cca £50! Overall very pleasant experience, professional and friendly, can't recommend them high enough!
