โ โ โ โ โ The service and care level is hugely disappointed. The floor is always sticky, except the 1st time I visited the place.
Have to discharge my father out only after 2 months, when my father developed bed sore (which was only discovered by a part time nurse). The centre suppose to give exercise session every morning, when ask why my father had bed sore, they simply said my father refuse to move.
During fasting month, the nurses did not shower my dad, because tiada energy, we have to shower him ourselves.
Overall a great disappointment
